At least 8 killed in landslides in Nepal
Kathmandu (ANTARA News/Xinhua) - At least eight people were killed in two landslides in remote mountain districts in Nepal at weekend, The Kathmandu Post newspaper reported Sunday.
Five persons were buried dead Friday evening in a landslide triggered by incessant rainfall at Katunje village, Dhading district, some 50 km west of Kathmandu.

Bush, Al-Maliki discuss "time horizon" for troop cuts
Washington, (ANTARA News/DPA) - US President George W Bush and Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki agreed to set a “time horizon” for the withdrawal of US forces from Iraq, but reductions will only take place as security improves, the White House said Friday.
